Here at Crafty Kelly’s, we understand there are times when you may wish to return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased as Long as they have not been used or damaged.
We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order, please contact us within the 14 day period to allow our customer service team to rectify the issue.
Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in saleable condition (unused) and is to be returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will happily return the full purchase price of the products returned. If any item is returned to us for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.

The original box, packaging & contents must be returned in full unused saleable condition
Any returned orders need to be sent back to Crafty Kelly with the full postage paid. If a return is sent back without the correct postage applied we reserve the right to deduct the postage costs from the total refund processed.
If product is received faulty or damaged, we will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, we will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping & handling costs.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, this request should be made within 30 minutes via our Customer Service team email - craftykellycards@gmail.com. After this period of time we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel the order before shipment, however, we will try our best to cancel the order as requested.
All returns require approval by Crafty Kelly prior to being made. You should contact customer services before making any return. We reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.
